At Paraíso Plant Studio, we want your new greenery to thrive in its new home. If your plant or home accessory arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Shipment

  Upon arrival, carefully unbox your plants and check for any signs of transit stress or damage to the foliage and pots.

  Submit a Request

  Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item within 48 hours of receipt if there is damage.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during the return transit to our studio.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location to begin your refund process.
