2gal Platycerium 'Staghorn Superbum'

Platycerium 'Staghorn Superbum' in a 2gal, plastic pot. Each staghorn looks a little different but all have shields that will develop into crownlike leaves. They are great for mounting indoors in bright filtered light or outdoor shade.

This plant grows well in outdoor shade, these are the conditions for indoor growing:

Light: Bright Filtered or Indirect Light 
Thrives in bright, but indirect light.

Water: High
Keep soil or sphagnum moist.

Toxicity Level: Not toxic to animals.

Additional Information: Though ferns are known as shade plants, indoors, ferns need really bright filtered light to grow well. They use a lot of water and need adequate light in their environment to help them look their best without browning or crisping. Many varieties also benefit greatly from high humidity.
